How long are the units rented out for?

Unites are usually rented out for the whole day. This amounts to 8-12 hours. (Unless other terms are discussed)

Are there any preparations the renter needs to do before the inflatable is dropped off?

Yes, the renter is required to have a leveled area clear of anything that could puncture the inflatable. This includes the clearing of any rocks, sticks, roots, etc. If you have an inground sprinkler system, please ensure the system is off.

Can I cancel my reservation?

We realize that events can occur that cause you to want to cancel or switch your reservations. Not to worry, If you need to switch around the dates due to weather or emergencies, we will reschedule appointment based on availability

Once the inflatable is set up, are there any other renter responsibilities?"

Our contract requires that an adult has to be home when the inflatable is set up. We will go over the features of the bounce with this individual, as well as our safety regulations. =We will review our emergency procedures with this individual at the time of setup. An adult MUST accompany the bounce anytime the bounce is inflated. This person is responsible for the safety of the children, as well as, the care of the equipment by making sure that ALL safety rules and regulations are followed. Aside from safety items, it is the responsibility of the renter to provide for electrical power within 75ft of the bounce and a level, open 20' x 20' area to set up in. We carry 100ft extension cords if they are needed.

Can you provide an attendant for the rental?

We do provide attendants with the rental for $20 dollars an hour. Minimum number of hours is required. (4 hours)
